Globba marantina also known as the ‘Dancing lady’ is a dainty shade loving ginger with delicate golden yellow flowers that hang in clusters, the yellow sepals resembling “dancing ladies”. It has large dark green glossy leaves growing on a 1 feet stem. These delicate looking gingers are quite hardy in nature and a wonderful addition to your garden. It is considered as one of the most cold-hardy Globba in cultivation and is also known to be one of the showiest varieties which grow well if kept in shady places.
