Once the orders are placed [rudyn.com] will take 24hrs to confirm the order. Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent within 24 hrs in the given contact details by you.
We will be using companies like blue dart, speed post, Ecom Express, Delhivery to ship your products, where in the tracking number will be sent to your registered email id or mobile no. from where you can track your package details.
The Orders delivered & accepted by the customer are non-refundable.
In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately within 24hrs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Once the product has been dispatched we will not accept your cancellation request.
Refunds Policy
The refund will be initiated in the following cases:
- If the received product is damaged for which a proof is needed by sending a photo in the Email id: ask@rudyn.com
- If the product received is not the same as the ordered product.
In any of the above mentioned conditions, the complaint has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with appropriate proof.
We will initiate a refund to your debit /credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. The commission charged by payment gateway is non-refundable.
Return Shipping Policy
In case of returns, the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
