About:
Euphorbia lactea white also known as White Ghost is one of a kind cultivar lacking in most of the chlorophyll bearing tissues of its green counterpart. This Euphorbia doesn’t even look like a real plant and has an overall creamy white or grayish coloration. It has triangular stems which grow in dense candelabra form with distinctive silhouette. This variety is very good in dry indoor situations as it is a much hardier plant than usually listed that does fine on its own roots. It can also be grown outdoors in warmer climate even to full sun, though probably morning sun would be the most ideal situation. It is a slow growing cactus which can be used as a landscape plant.
Flowering Season: N/A
Planting Media: Use soilrite mix thoroughly mixed with sand and pebbles (1-1.5cm). The soil mixture must be well drained.
Water: Water thoroughly when soil is dry during active growing season (more than once a week during hot weather). In the winter months, watering should be suspended or restricted to once over the winter.
Sunlight: It needs bright light to partial shade for best appearance (but the variegated forms do best if protected from strong sunshine in the hottest hours of the day).
