Crinum moorei is an herbaceous plant also known as ‘Natal Lily’ belongs to the Amaryllidaceae family. It produces long flat, sword to strap shaped, dark green leaves, up to 1 meter long and about 20cm wide emerging as a rosette from the neck of the bulb. A long flower stalk up to 1.2 meters or more is produced from the bulb carrying a cluster of 5 -10 large, white to pale pinkish red colored, re exotic, fragranced, bell shaped lily-like flowers.

Planting Media: Use ordinary garden soil thoroughly mulched with sand and well decayed cow manure. The soil must be well drained.
Water: Crinum requires average watering on a regular basis in a week. Avoid over watering.
Sunlight: It does well in full morning sunlight but can also tolerate partly shady places. Avoid extreme heat.
Pot culture: Use 10 inches pot for planting one bulb for proper growth.
