Tritonia crocata is deciduous, winter-growing geophytes (a plant with a subterranean storage organ) up to 350 mm high. It is free-flowering, makes an ideal container and rock garden subject, and multiplies rapidly.

Available Month: July-August
Planting Media: Use ordinary garden soil thoroughly mulched with sand and well decayed cow manure. The soil must be well drained.
